Shantona Chaudhury and Brodie Noga were successful at the ONCA in S.H. v. D.H.
S.H. v. D.H. is a ground-breaking case holding that an ex-spouse has the right to withdraw consent to use of an in vitro embryo created during the marriage where neither spouse was genetically related to the embryo. This case is the first appellate consideration of how the Assisted Human Reproduction Act and its regulations govern the use of embryos.
