Shantona Chaudhury to speak at the Advocates’ Society Fall Convention, November 13-16, 2025

Shantona Chaudhury will be presenting at the Fall Convention on November 15, 2025 at a session titled ‘What Can We Learn From Commissions And Inquiries?’.

This panel will discuss how the procedures and advocacy lessons learned in the inquiry process may be applicable to the adversarial litigation context. This discussion will be particularly relevant in light of anticipated sweeping changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure.
