Cristina maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on appeals. Cristina brings a high-level of creativity, organization and efficiency to her files that has led to success at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Her experience includes complex commercial disputes, class proceedings, professional liability, civil procedure, negligence, and administrative law. Cristina joined Pape Chaudhury in 2018 after working at a prominent full-service Bay Street law firm where she ran the full gamut of practice areas.
